On the Kanban and Scrum Boards we have the possibility to configure swimlanes, which is already great.

However, we use that quite often to move recurring tasks into separate swimlanes and then end up with having all the recurring tasks on the top swimlanes but the actual work ends up in "Everything Else" which is always at the bottom.

It would be great if we can decide whether we want to have it at the bottom or at the top. Or, even better, would be if we can drag and drop it into the right order as we do for the other swimlanes.
