regarding the fix for JRA-6100

the path genrated to icons is incorrect :
<img src="//images/icons/priority_major.gif" height="16" width="16">

double slashes don't work with Apache 1.3.33 / mod_jk 1.2.10 /Tomcat 4.1.31

I don't exactly understand why, but IE6 and Mozilla believe that image url is
http://images/icons/priority_major.gif
without any server name
(not linked to the server config then)
