Issue Summary

When you click "Take me to Jira" button in Latest upgrade report it doesn't close the report.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Jira
2. Go to <Jira_URL>/secure/PostUpgradeLandingPage.jspa
   
3. Click "Take me to Jira" button in the lower right corner

Expected Results

You are taken to the Jira home page (by default System Dashboard)

Actual Results

Button does nothing

Workaround

You can use the top panel to navigate to any of the Jira views, e.g. to Dashboard.

Notes

This behavior only occurs when the Context Path is not set in the instance.
