Issue Summary
JQL queries having a clause 'PROJECT IN (MANY PROJECTS)' are slower in 8.4.0
Environment
- JSD 4.4.0
- 1000 JSD projects
Steps to Reproduce
- Open customer portal
- Chose request type
- Submit request
Results
Automated performance tests show ~15% regression for the whole scenario(around 300 msec)
