Improve error message on invalid search template

      Problem Definition

      In the occasion when sorting search results using a multi user picker custom field that has no 'Search Template' configured, users will be presented an error in the Issue Navigator.

      Suggested Solution

      Present an error that highlights the invalid 'Search Template'
