A support.zip contains values of some JMX instruments exposed by Jira. However, this data is more useful over time, with a history/baseline rather than snapshot values, as the rate of change of these metrics may actually provide value during troubleshooting.

Suggestion: 

Collect values of JMX instruments already reported in support.zip to a separate log file periodically, including the ability to add/remove JMX instruments to the list of instruments to be monitored.
