Disable horizontal scrollbar on board

      As I said here:

      after upgrading from 7.13 to 8.1 all our boards got horizontal scrollbars. Is there a way to disable them? We have a very wide board for one project and in 7.13 it was just fine as it was. Now i can't see 50% of columns without scrolling.

      Please provide "disable" button for this.
