While adding Time spent as 4.1h or 8.2h for an issue the error "invalid time duration" is displayed

      Issue Summary

      While adding Work log as 4.1h or 8.2h for an issue the error "invalid time duration" is displayed

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open an issue more > Log work >Time Spent 
      2. Set time as 4.1h or 8.2h to display the error

       

      Expected Results

      No errors and time to be set as 4h and 5min

      Actual Results

      "Invalid time duration"

      Notes

      Time format is set as Pretty

      Workaround

      Customer can use 4h,5
