JSD template update (Customer open/closed ticket URLs)

      Would it be possible to change a links of Open/Closed requests in this page? What are the options to achieve this goal?
      https://[ServerName]/projects/[ProjectKey]/customers

      We would need to change the URL for these open/closed links from
      reporter in organizationMembers(...
      to
      Organizations in (...

      P.s. Agents are set up as part of Organizations so that they could be able to create tickets on behalf of the customers.

      Also ticket count will change if we are changing the JQL in these links.
