In the issue view, the links in the workflow section show tips when the mouse pointer is hovering over the links. However it displays only the name of the link, which is pointless. It would be useful if we can have the actual comments from the workflow transitions here, just as the tips for status, priority, issue type etc.

And to make everything consistent, add tips to links in the other sections too...
