As a user that reviews a backlog page, I expect that a scroll bar that enables review of all tickets in the sprint and the backlog to not be hidden by the sprint header so that an attempt to review just the tickets in the sprint doesn't force me to go to the middle of the backlog in order to have a clickable scroll bar.
