More button dropdown not shown properly if the screen is small.

      Currently if you have many options in the "More" dropdown(in the issue view) or if you have a small screen, the options go below the screen and you have to scroll down the whole page to see them.

      The suggestion is to make the dropdown scrollable or find a different way to organize the fields.
