Shared Dashboards shows /searchEmptyMessageKey when no result is found

      Issue Summary

      When searching for Shared Dashboards from JIRA Administration -> System -> Shared Dashboards, if no result is found, JIRA displays a technical message (/searchEmptyMessageKey) instead of a user-friendly one.

      Environment

      Affecting JIRA 7.12.x and above.

      Not affecting JIRA 7.11.x or below.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to JIRA Administration -> System -> Shared Dashboards
      2. Search using a keyword that won't return any result

      Expected Results

      JIRA displays this message:

      Your search criteria did not match any dashboards.

      Actual Results

      JIRA displays this message:

      /searchEmptyMessageKey

      Notes

      1. This is just a visual issue. The above message literally means there's no result.
      2. Shared Filters is not affected.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
