As a user of Jira (non-Cloud) I cannot influence the date format.  My OS (Win10) setting is yyyy-MM-dd while Jira displays dd/MMM/yy.  As I understand this setting is Jira-wide and unavailable to an individual User.  Since the Jira WebUI isn't using the OS setting, can this be made User settable in eg. Profile -> Preferences.
