Issue Summary

German keyboard doesn't cancel comment form with current keyboard shortcut "Modifier key(s) + ` (backquote)". This is because following shortcut is a "dead key" on German keyboard

Suggestion to use "Escape" key as alternative.

Actual Results

Unable to cancel comment form. As shortcut key "Modifier key(s) + ` (backquote)" is dead key on German keyboard.
