As a Jira user I would like to know if JQL might miss some archived issues

Problem Definition

Since Jira Issue Archiving can remove individual issues from the index, for Users who are not aware of the archive, the JQL search might not return expected result(s) since those issues are not searchable.

Suggested Solution

At this point, we believe that Users should contact Jira Admin and clarify if issues were archived.

The expectation is that Jira Admins will only archive issues that are no longer needed.
At this point, we believe it will confusing from UX perspective if we start displaying such a message.
