This is to suggest adding a health check warning to allow Jira to report all disabled Jira bundled system plugins to avoid having unexpected functionality loss.
May of those plugins are essential and should always be enabled, among those is the Atlassian HTTP Client, Entity property conditions, JIRA Feature Keys and others.

This should mitigate plugins going disabled without being noticed by Jira admins.
