      Issue Summary

      The license validator REST API returns 404 error.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Run the following rest call: 
        POST /rest/api/2/licenseValidator

      Expected Results

      The endpoint shows up correctly:

      404 error:

      This works fine in lower version like Jira 7.4.1

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
