Icons are not shown in droplist using "create issue"

    Description

      When using "Create Issue", in Step 1 the icons are not shown in front of the issue type.

      When i access jira.atlassian.com it works fine. When i acess my own server it won't work. What might be the problem?

      any special prerequisites concerning the icons or something?
