    Description

      Issue Summary

      When Jira is upgraded from 7.13.0 to 7.13.3, the upgrade is not reflected on Upgrade History column on Jira Administration > System Info > Latest Upgrade

      Environment

      • Jira 7.13 & 7.13.3

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Upgrade Jira from a 7.13.0 instance to Jira 7.13.3
      2. View upgrade History column on Jira Administration > System Info > Latest Upgrade

      Expected Results

      The upgrade should be reflected on upgrade history.

      Actual Results

      The upgrade was not reflected on upgrade history.

       

      Workaround

      The latest version can be viewed at  Jira Administration > System Info > Jira Info
