Configuring card color on a board using JQL not reflected in Agile Wallboard Gadget

Issue Summary

Configuring card colors JQL query on a board is not reflected in the Agile Wallboard Gadget. In addition to this, all cards in the gadget seem to blink all the time.

Environment

• Jira 8.1.0
• NOT Reproducible in Jira 7.13.0 and 8.0.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a board, then click  Board >  Configure.
2. Click Card Colors and change the Colors based on dropdown to Queries. Enter any JQL to configure card colors.
3. Add an Agile Wallboard Gadget on a dashboard, and add the board which we have the card colors configured.

Expected Results

Card color is correctly shown. 
As in 7.13.0 and 8.0.2

Actual Results

Card color is NOT reflected at all and all cards in the gadget blink all the time.
In 8.1.0

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
