      Problem Definition

      Two projects can share the same name. A project can also be named exactly like the key of another project.
      This breaks JQL searches and returns misleading results.

      Suggested Solution

      Add conditions so that:

      • Project names are unique (no duplicate project names)
      • Project names should not be equal to any existing project keys

      Workaround

      Rename the project
