      Issue Summary

In the Supported Platforms page, it is stated that the supported database for Oracle is Oracle 12c R1 with the 12.2.0.1 driver.

When heading to the 'Plan your Upgrade' page, the 'You're using an unsupported database' is shown even when the supported Oracle database is being used.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Head to System > Applications > Plan your upgrade.
      2. Click on 'Complete pre-upgrade checks'.

      Expected Results

As the database is supported, there should be no warning thrown in 'Complete pre-upgrade checks'.

      Actual Results

The warning 'You're using an unsupported database.' is shown even when the supported Oracle database is used.

      Workaround

Proceed to upgrade the instance as the correct database is being used anyways.
