Issue Summary

When transitioning an issue that contains a screen, the action called is "CommentAssignIssue". This can be misleading when we have to investigate user activity, such as identifying slow actions, etc.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a workflow transition with a screen
2. Perform the workflow transition in a ticket

Expected Results

When checking the requests, either via access_log or another method, we expect to see something like: TransitionIssue.jspa

Actual Results

Instead we see see that the Jira request: CommentAssignIssue.jspa
