When we attach an inline image from email with an unknown attachment format, JIRA did not add the image to its description but showing below error:-

"Unable to embed resource" 

Our mailbox was able to recognize the file type as Image MIME but JIRA failed to recognize it. It would be great it JIRA could recognize the file automatically. Others application such as Zendesk was able to handle it, but in JIRA this is not the case. It would be great if JIRA able to handle these file type too.
