CSV Import of existing issues shouldn't require the summary field.

      Currently, when importing issues from a CSV file, using the "External System Import", to UPDATE existing issues, Jira requires the "Summary" field.

      This is required even if you're not changing the summary of the issue.

      The only required field should be the issue key itself which is used to find the issue you're trying to update.
