Problem Definition

After updating to 7.13 the new admin page for Custom Fields no longer all displays on one page but instead has a search box. The problem is if we search for something like "OS", instead of the custom field named "OS" it gives us 7 pages worth of results. There's no way for us to know what page the actual "OS" field is on.

Suggested Solution

Implement the ability to limit the search to custom field name only, and not description. Otherwise, this is literally usable for many generic custom field names.
