Importing multiple FogBugz projects does not create Issue Links correctly

Summary

Jira Importer Plugin allows multiple projects to be imported from FogBugz (On Demand) . The importer however, does not import the links correctly when multiple FogBugz projects are mapped to a Single Jira projects.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create multiple projects in FogBugz (On Demand)
2. Import the projects from Jira

Expected Results

All projects' issues and their links are imported successfully.

Actual Results

All issues are imported successfully. However, the links are only created for the last project that was imported.

Notes

The FogBugz project import documentation mentions that the projects are imported on a 'Per-project basis'. However, this does not clearly explain why the links are not created as the import logs show that all the issues are created first and the links are only imported after that.

Workaround

Re-import the projects again.
