Currently each Status in Jira can have only one description.

A Status can be used with a different name as Step in a Workflow and one status can be used with sligltly different meaning in different Workflows. It would be an improvment if the status description (shown to end-users as tooltip by hovering over field "Status" in the issue details could be configurable.

Easiest way for achiving that would be a new property that can be set for steps in a Jira Workflow:

• KEY: jira.step.description
• VALUE: [STRING], vor Example: "This status is meant for...."
