      Issue Summary

      When using Google Chrome, copying an URL from the navigation bar and pasting it on the comment field using the visual mode automatically creates a hyperlink, while copying from other browsers will paste as plain text (as expected).

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install the Chrome 73.0.3683.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)
      2. Copy the URL from the navigation bar
      3. Paste it on the comment field using the "visual mode"

      Expected Results

      The link renders as plain text.

      Actual Results

      The link renders as a hyperlink.

      Workaround

      Paste the URL using the SHIFT+CTRL+V (Past and match style)
