Tooltip for Users Sprint Information doesn't display the description of the numbers visibly

Environment

Jira 7.13.1
Jira 7.11.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a Scrum Boards backlog
2. Under the Sprint Name you should see the users avatar displayed
3. Hover over any of the users

Expected Results

Number description is present:

Actual Results

Number description is NOT present:

Notes

• Tested to works correctly in Jira 7.3 and 7.4
• We see description present when checking this from the browsers Inspect Elements. Therefore it seems there may be some styling issues here.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
