Time Tracking does not allow to set some number depends on default unit

      Summary

      Original Estimate field return "The original estimate specified is not valid." error.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Pattern 1
        • Jira admin > Issue > Time tracking
          • Set Hours per day to half hours (ex. 7.5)
        • Set Original Estimate odd number that have second decimal point with above the default unit
          • ex. Default Unit: day, Estimate: 0.25 w
          • ex. Default Unit: hour, Estimate: 0.27 d
      2. Pattern 2
        • Jira admin > Issue > Time tracking
          • Set Hours per day to half hours (ex. 7.5)
          • Set Default Unit to day
        • Set Original Estimate odd number that have decimal point with minute (ex. 1.5 m)

      Expected Results

      Estimate time can saved normally.

      Actual Results

      Field shows "The original estimate specified is not valid." error and can't save the value.
