Issue Summary

There are two different driver versions listed in the public documentation for Oracle 12c databases for Jira 8.0.

Environment

Jira 8.0 public documentation

Supported Platforms https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/supported-platforms-938846830.html

Upgrading Manually https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/upgrading-jira-server-manual-938846939.html 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Check the supported Oracle driver on the Supported Platforms page - it lists 12.2.0.1 in the Oracle database section.
2. Check the supported Oracle driver on the Upgrading Manually page - it lists 12.1.0.1 in the Installing driver section.

Expected Results

Both documents should list the same driver version. 

Actual Results

The documents list different versions. 

Workaround

Currently there is conflicting information in the public support pages.  Once the correct driver is established, the public pages should be updated and this ticket will be closed.
