Problem Definition
When Jira is connected to GitHub and "Automatically sync all repositories" option is enabled, Jira create webhooks for existing repositories.
However, when new repositories are added to Github, Jira does not automatically create webhooks for the new repositories.
Suggested Solution
Add option to Jira/GitHub integration to allow (re-)creation of webhooks, including, when new repositories are auto-discovered.
Workaround
Follow workaround in Slow Appearing Commits from BitBucket or GitHub in JIRA to manually create webhook for the newly added repositories.
