    Description

      Problem Definition

      When a customer has a large number items listed in the configuration page the page takes > 60 seconds to load. This impacts configuration page such as:

      • Workflow (<baseURL>/secure/admin/workflows/ListWorkflows.jspa)
      • Custom Fields (<baseURL>/secure/admin/ViewCustomFields.jspa/)
      • etc

      For enterprise customer, it's common to have more than 1000 of fields, workflows, screens.

      Suggested Solution

      If we could add pagination, we could limit the number of items to be displayed in one page so it wouldn't time out and it will load faster. This is addressing all configuration page in JIRA (screen, workflow, fields).
