      Problem Definition

      It would be interesting to have a workflow condition that allows to execute a transition if the given value of a field is equal to a constant value.

      This is a feature available in Jira Cloud as detailed in Configure advanced issue workflows.

      Suggested Solution

      Include in Jira Data Center a similar set of optional conditions already available in Jira Cloud.

      Workaround

      While this isn't native, there may be some Apps in the Atlassian Marketplace providing similar features.
