Problem Definition

Current Audit logs only record changes in custom field itself and not to custom field options.

Example:

1. Create a custom field with checkboxes (yes/no)
2. Audit logs will record the creation
3. Configure the custom field and change the field options to (approve/reject)
4. Audit logs will not record this modification
5. If we edit the custom field and change the name of add description, audit log will record the change

Suggested Solution

Add Field options as a new category to audit changes in the custom field options.
