Issue Summary

Clicking on the result row menu at the most right when there are many columns that involved horizontal scrolling will scroll the user back to the most left.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Issue Navigator and change to list view.
2. Add more columns until it exceeds the screen width which will need horizontal scrolling.
3. Click on the result row menu (three dots).

Expected Results

The menu just opens at the current view.

Actual Results

The menu did opens but it scrolls the view all the way back to the most left.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
