Issue Summary
Creating a "Process Management" project type, will create a Project Management Resolve Issue Screen
Environment
JIRA 7.10.2, 7.13
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a project called "JIRA" in your JIRA instance
- Create a new filter as below, save it and share it with everyone.
project = JIRA AND assignee = currentUser()
You can choose to use your existing JIRA project if you want, do ensure you update the filter accordingly if you do so.
- Create 10 users and assign with JIRA Software User group
- Create 2 issues and assign to user 1
- Create another few issue assign to the user 2
- Subscribe JIRA Software User group to the filter we created earlier
- Do ensure you do not tick "email this filter, even if there are no issues found"
- Trigger the subscription 1-2 times or more
- Access to Mail Queue and you will see JIRA generate subscription mail for all 10 users in JIRA Software User group even though 8 of them shouldn't return any results in the filter
These emails were generated in Mail Queue, however only those with results sends out to correct recipient (user 1 and user 2)
Expected Results
JIRA should only trigger subscription email to 2 of the recipient in Mail Queue.
Actual Results
JIRA trigger subscription email to all recipient in JIRA Software User group. It triggered for all users, but this doesn't send out to the 8 users which listed in the Mail Queue. It seems "email this filter, even if there are no issues found" had filtered out those email to send out.
