When disconnecting from a two-dimensional filter on an empty epic link, the interpretation of the filter is KO.
project = AOPOUTPIL AND filter = 149296 AND component in ("09.07.Instant Value") AND STATUS not in (Closed, Reject) AND issuetype not in (Epic, Epic) AND "Epic Link" is EMPTY

If corrected, it becomes OK:
project = AOPOUTPIL AND filter = 149296 AND component in ("09.07.Instant Value") AND STATUS not in (Closed, Reject) AND issuetype not in (Epic, Epic) AND "Epic Link" is EMPTY

I put in PJ, the gadget + the result on an epope link filled + 1 other empty
