As a Jira Administrator I would like to limit number of files attached to issue

      Problem Definition

      In some cases due to automation errors, there could be too many files attached to the issues.
      This creates rendering problems and also might cause disk space usage problems.

      Suggested Solution

      • Create limit for number of files allowed to be attached to the issue, eg: 1000
      • Allow this limit to be configurable through jira.properties
