Summary

After upgrading an instance from v7.3.8 to v7.12.3, there are some missing custom issue type icons. The app was disabled-enabled and re-installed but that did not fix the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Imported a backup of production to development v7.3.8
2. Upgrade Jira from v7.3.8 to v7.12.3

Expected Results

Icons should be displayed properly

Actual Results

Missing some icons

Notes

The following were also tried

• Uploaded new icons file in issue type
• Manually place file (for which we are getting file not found exception) under ../JIRA_HOME../Application Data../avatars

Uploading icons again fixed most of the screens for our issue types, but still create issue popup couldn't show icons. Other than that, we also re-indexed JIRA but it didn't fix this issue.

Note that other than that after the upgrade, many other icons like project default icon, priority etc. were also missing.
