Current Behavior:
Upgrade to UPM 3.0 results in Data Center Approved check. Apps/Add-ons that are not marked as Data Center Approved show "incompatible"

Suggested Change:
Release a Data Center Approved version of Atlassian created JIRA plugins. Plugins identified so far include (links to respective Marketplace page):
- Jira Toolkit Plugin (Atlassian Labs)
- Jira Charting Plugin (Atlassian Labs)
- Jira Calendar Plugin (Atlassian)
- Atlassian REST API Browser (Atlassian Labs)
- Jira to Jira Issue Copy (Atlassian Labs)

Hello 190ec6ed4e2b ! From the plugin screenshots (which seem dated but that's fine), it seems like Calendar behaves like in Jira 8.0, that is, a standalone calendar:
But on my 10.3.1 instance, I can only find it as a widget:
