Limited Results Shown on Link Issue Screen

      Summary

      When users try to search for issues in the "Link Issue" screen there are limited results shown on the screen.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to a Jira issue
      2. More > Link > Jira Issue
      3. Select the "search for an issue" option
      4. Search with a JQL that returns more than 10 issues

      Expected Results

      There should be a scroll bar or next page, so we would able to see all the results.

      Actual Results

      There are only 10 results shown on the screen.
