Description

Problem

Currently, you can create Jira Lucene Index snapshot only by scheduling it.
In some cases, you may want to create snapshot ad-hoc so later it can be reused (and recovered at another node).

Suggested option

Create option to create a snapshot ad-hoc in share Jira home (or fallback to local Jira home in case of Single Node DC).
