As a Jira Administrator I would like to create Lucene index snapshot manually

      Problem

      Currently, you can create Jira Lucene Index snapshot only by scheduling it.
      In some cases, you may want to create snapshot ad-hoc so later it can be reused (and recovered at another node).

      Suggested option

      Create option to create a snapshot ad-hoc in share Jira home (or fallback to local Jira home in case of Single Node DC).
