      Problem Definition

      Audit log feature was much improved thanks to JRASERVER-3157 but there is still something we can improve.

      It was already mentioned in the original request as follows but there seems to be no public facing ticket for that so I raised this request.

      We'll continue to work on the audit log events, tracking any further requests in this suggestion, which already includes changes to custom field contexts, resolutions, and global system settings.

      Currently, there is nothing shown in the audit log when some options are added or the application contexts are updated in existing custom fields and it is troublesome for Jira admin.

      It would be better to show audit logs even in the above cases.
