Summary

When editing formats in Visual Mode, it can cause the text anchors to disappear.

Scenario:
Step 1: Set a Description like this

Step 2: Edit the Description, it will look like this in Text Mode

Step 3: Switch to Visual Mode, highlight 'content 1' and apply Heading 1

Step 4: By switching back to Text Mode, the anchors are gone (even those that are not edited yet)

Step 5: This will cause the format to be lost once saved

Expected Results

Changes are made and the original format are intact

Actual Results

Original format are lost

Workaround

Make the format changes only in Text Mode. Visual Mode can be used just as a preview before saving the changes.
