Broken format of Bullet list when editing code block in visual mode

Summary

When editing a code block that is inside a second-level (or more) bullet list in the visual mode, the list format will break

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a bullet list of two levels
2. Insert a code block in the second level
3. Save the comment
4. Edit the code block in the visual mode
5. Save the comment

Expected Results

The format will remain the same

Actual Results

the format is broken

Workaround

Edit the code block in the text field.
