in the "Issue Type Translations" all entries are lost on error

If I make a mistake when filling out the new "Issue Type Translations" dialog (for example leaving one field empty), all previous data is deleted and I have to redo everything.

The dialog should keep all data so that I can just add/fix the one field with the error.
