In the Polish version of Jira Server users cannot edit filter shares with project and group because they cannot see project and group names. the error appears when the UI language is german too. Using english everything just works fine.

1. To reproduce this issue, switch the language to german in the user profile in version 7.12.3
2. Then go to "issues" -> "manage filters"
3. click on "edit" and add an editor (see attached screenshot)
